About Maggie

I first became interested in fitness and health back in my early 20’s. Living in Los Angeles and being a part of the entertainment industry, it kind of became second nature.

I was always really into the weight training, not to become bulky, but to keep my shape. Then about 12 years ago, I decided to try Pilates. I showed up at the studio, not really knowing what to expect, met with my “personal trainer” and after my first session... that was it… I was hooked. It reminded me of how I felt during my ballet days back in England where I attended the Royal Academy of Dance, and even got to perform for Her Majesty. I loved the way I looked, and more importantly, I loved the way I felt. After a few years of doing Pilates I decided to enroll at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas (UNLV) and obtain my Certification in both Mat and Equipment Based Pilates.

I’ve been teaching Pilates for ten years and really love when my clients heal an injury, lose weight, or start feeling and looking better. Through the years I adopted a holistic lifestyle of which I share with my clients (if desired).

I opened Maggie’s Wellness to offer a place for people to come to unwind, work out with complete privacy and get the one on one attention they so deserve.

I am 52 years old and I can honestly say that I feel fantastic. I have no aches and pains and I do believe that Pilates is the reason for that.
